AZBTA recognizes that without the generosity of our sponsors on a regular basis, many of the events and services that we provide would not be possible. With that in mind, we have developed a way to recognize those member businesses that continue to support the association with their donations, while also enabling the chapter to raise the funds necessary to bring us to the next level. The funds raised will go directly into the chapter speaker fund which will allow us to bring the foremost experts in business travel to our monthly meetings.

Please take a moment to review these marketing and advertising opportunities and complete the attached application. Our goal is to be the leading association for business travel in the Southwest, and with your help and support, we can get there!

Sponsor Level: January-November 2008 -- Annual Fee: $495.00

Eligible meetings: January, February, March, May, August, September, October, and November

• Featured as a sponsor on the AZBTA website for 12 rolling months
• Logo placement on the AZBTA website under a "sponsor" bar for 12 rolling months with a link to your company website homepage.
• Premier meeting sponsor status for one monthly meeting (selection of month will be on a first come-first served basis)
• Presented as premier monthly meeting sponsor at designated monthly meeting with a five-minute speaking opportunity and table-top display during registration/networking.
• Highlighted as the monthly meeting sponsor on all communications pertaining to the meeting (email, website, postcards, BTE articles).
• Recognition as the meeting sponsor in "The Connection," the AZBTA monthly newsletter.

Partner Level: May 2008 -- Fee: $250.00

AZBTA's Annual Education day is our one special event that qualifies for the partner level sponsorships. This opportunity is limited to three (3) partners.

• Company name placement on the AZBTA website under the "special events" bar.
• Placement of company logo on all promotional materials (invitations, website, email correspondence, NBTA calendar) for this event.
• Presented as event partner at Education Day with a five-minute speaking opportunity and table top display during registration and breaks.
• Recognition in "The Connection" as and event sponsor.

Patron Level: All year -- Fee: In-Kind donations

AZBTA will acknowledge all in kind donations made to the chapter at any time in the year. Donations made for the annual Drive for Charity Golf Tournament and the Holiday Party will be recognized separately.

• Company Name placement on the website for one rolling quarter (3 months) under the "patron" bar.
• Mention in "The Connection" under the special thanks section.
• Patron status will be determined based on the value of item(s) donated.
