We need your support in hosting a monthly meeting for 2009. We are committed to offering our member businesses the opportunity to showcase themselves. So, if you haven't hosted in a while, are new to AZBTA, or have something new and exciting at the property/business that you would like to share, why not host a meeting? We are looking for all venues to hold the monthly meetings, think creatively! Suggestions are appreciated! By hosting a meeting your business will benefit from networking experiences and the opportunity to showcase your property/business to the AZBTA membership.

• Wednesday June 17, 2009: CCTE Education Day: 9:00am-5:00pm
• Wednesday, July 15, 2009: Networking Reception 5:00pm-7:00pm
• Wednesday, September 16, 2009: Lunch 11:00am-1:00pm
• Wednesday, October 21, 2009: Lunch 11:00am-1:00pm
• Wednesday, November 18, 2009: Lunch 11:00am-1:00pm
• Wednesday, December 16, 2009 Holiday Party 5:00pm-7:00pm

Attendance:
Approximately 40 people. A final guarantee will be given the Friday before the event.

F&B/Set-Up Requirements:
The board consists of 10 people and meets just prior to each monthly meeting, so would need an area from 9:30am to 11:00 to conduct this. In the meeting room is fine, or elsewhere at the discretion of the property.

Space must be at least 1,200 square feet
Rounds preferred, or full rounds
Podium/Mic Complimentary
Registration Area: 2 6' Registration Tables, 3 Chairs, Trash Can, 2 Easels. (can be inside room)

Provide food & beverage to accommodate the guaranteed number of attendees.
Menu is at the discretion of the host property. The intent is to "showcase" and promote your location, so an upscale menu and presentation is encouraged. Audio visual requests beyond the normal podium and mic will be discussed on an individual basis. Reception evening meetings also require a cash bar.

AZBTA Budget/Payment:
Lunch/Reception - $15.00 per person inclusive of tax and gratuity to be paid via the AZBTA Credit Card
